Como mexicana, siempre crecí bailando cumbia y con uno que otro pasito, pero aprender salsa lineal fue algo totalmente nuevo para mí. Desde que empecé a tomar clases con Paul, poco a poco le fui agarrando el ritmo, aprendiendo más pasos y ganando mucha confianza. Hoy disfruto muchísimo bailar salsa y me siento mucho más segura en la pista. ¡Súper recomendado para quien quiera aprender desde cero, mejorar y divertirse al mismo tiempo! 💃✨

I have been going to Paul's salsa lessons at La Tuna for a couple of years. It's an awesome way to get an introduction to salsa. But I really have not been consistent enough to learn. So, now I'm taking his 4-day beginner and intermediate classes. That has really gotten me to a place where now I feel like I can participate on the dance floor. Both the Tuesday night lessons at La Tuna and the lessons at Casa Fuego Dance Studio have given me the confidence to stick my hand out and ask a lady to get on the dance floor with me. I appreciate what Paul is doing so much. Thanks Paul!

My recent experience in Paul's 4-day beginners Salsa bootcamp was great! In the past I have taken other courses that left me more confused than confident. Paul had a very clear way of breaking down the step patterns into easily digestible sets that built on each other. From a basic foundational step, adding in turns and overhead arm and hand spins in just 5 hours of classes, I feel that I now have a very good basic knowledge of the dance!!!

I have been attending Paul's boot camps and have really enjoyed trying to learn to dance. Paul is a very patient teacher who really loves what he teaches. The other students are fun to be around and we laugh a lot as we all learn together. Can't wait until the next class!

I took a four day Boot Camp with Paul. He was amazing. I learned all the steps, he was patient and it was lots of fun. I will do the level two and maybe level one again when I get back in October.

Paul is an amazing teacher. I took the 4 day boot camp with him and I learned so much. Until I attended his lessons at La Tuna or the Boot Camp I knew nothing about Salsa Merengue or Bachata. Paul taught me the basics then I eventually moved onto Intermediate's moves. It was so much fun! He awoke a new passion in me and next winter I will definitely be taking more of his classes. Taking two of Salsa Paul's bootcamps with my 18-year-old son has been such a gift. We went from awkward and hesitant to genuinely excited, confident and actually having fun on the dance floor. Paul has a rare ability to open up the world of dance in a way that feels welcoming and energizing for all ages and skill levels. His dedication and enthusiasm make him a great teacher—and a true gift to our Baja community.

I wasn't expecting to do much dancing in a little kiting town but Paul has created a salsa/latin dance community in La Ventana that you should not miss!! Salsa night at La Tuna was one of the highlights of my trip. Paul taught me lots of new moves and is an absolute joy to learn from and dance with!

Me gustó mucho iniciarme en la salsa con Paul, tiene un estilo muy potente y mucha paciencia con todos. Es una persona súper expresiva y divertida lo que hace la enseñanza más amena. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

I had been wanting to take salsa dance lessons for many years. When my fella invited me to move to BCS with him, he told me about many of the activities La Ventana/El Sargento has to offer. When he said he knows there is a really good salsa instructor who teaches in the area, Salsa Paul, I told him, "enough said, I'll start packing." I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to take lessons with Paul. His teaching style is very fun, relaxed, and after only a few lessons, he made me feel very confident and excited about getting out on the dance floor! I look forward to continuing lessons with Paul and refining my dance skills!

I know the basics of Salsa Dancing, but it has been many years since I have been on the dance floor and I was always too shy to join in. So, I enrolled in Paul's Salsa Boot Camp and quickly regained my confidence. Now, when someone asks me to dance I feel I can jump right in and join the fun!
